My Story
My Name is Lindsay Ufert. I have been in Mary Kay for 10 years. I Have been a Mary Kay Sales Director for 5 years. I grew up in a Mary Kay home, so I guess you could say I grew up PINK! My mom, Becky Puckett, started Mary kay when I was 5 yrs old and I told her I would never do Mary Kay! Well.. I started my business when I turned 18 to help my mom finish earning her mary kay car! After that, I did it as a hobby until I got married. (I am married to a wonderful man, Mark Ufert) I really started building my business in college because that's when we really needed the money! I was going to school fulltime and Mary Kay allowed me to work around my schedule. I worked mary kay 4-6 hours a week and made an extra 200 dollars! I began to really love it! I went to a conference put on by the company and saw women my age at the time earning free cars and becoming very successful! I decided then on that I was going to do this full time after I graduated. I moved to California right after I graduated (didn't know anybody) and earned my very first car the same month I moved! I earned my second car 6 months later, the chevy equinox! Now we are earning our 4th Mary Kay Car! We are now in qualifications for the Pink Cadillac! I am so blessed to be a part of this company for the many friendships and also the financial freedom! Also, it allows you to work with the priorities of God first, family second, and career third.
